When will I receive my order?
UK Standard Delivery: Via Royal Mail 2-3 working days from date of dispatch. 2nd Class Recorded service.
UK 1-2 Day Delivery: Via Royal Mail 1-2 working days from date of dispatch. 1st Class Recorded service.
EU: Via Royal Mail International Standard up to 7 working days. Please allow 3 working days from date of purchase for orders to be dispatched.
Rest of the World: Via Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow 3 working days from date of purchase for orders to be dispatched.
What happens if I haven't received my order?
UK: Via Royal Mail - Please allow 10 working days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived in the 10 working days time period, contact us and we will investigate the matter for you. We will not be able to investigate until the 10 working days has passed.
EU-Rest of the World: Via Royal Mail - Please allow 10 working days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive. I have received a damaged item.
If you have received a damaged item, please send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, as well as a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will endeavor to send you a replacement item.
There is an error in my order.
If you have received an incorrect item please return it with a copy of your invoice and state the item that is missing.
If you are missing an item please email: email@example.com with your order number and state the missing item and we will endeavor to send you the missing item.
If you have bought the wrong colour we can only accept returns that have not been opened, tested or swatched due to our health and hygiene policy. All our products are sealed, if these seals are tampered with we will not be able to accept the return. Please note that our website swatches are as close to the product as we can make them, different web browsers and screen monitors can effect the colours of the swatches.
I am allergic to certain ingredients.
All our product ingredients will be listed on the products page. Also please refer to product packaging for the complete list of ingredients.
I want to return an item.
If you would like to return an item please post it back to us with a copy of your invoice and whether you would like a refund of the product or a replacement product. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund, replacement or exchange will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days on receipt of your order for a full refund Please be advised that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items or minis/samples. All sale items are final. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account/paypal account.

Do SC Cosmetics test products on animals?
No, SC Cosmetics is against animal testing and is 100% cruelty free. We are listed as a cruelty free brand on the PETA UK website.
Do you sell into China?
It is a requirement to test on animals before cosmetics are sold into China in mass. We will remain a cruelty free brand by not selling our products into such countries that have these requirements.
Which SC Cosmetics products are vegan friendly?
LIPSStick, Lip Vinyl, Make Me Matte and Locked Lips are all vegan-friendly. Our Double Ended Lip Brush is also vegan-friendly as the brushes are made from synthetic fibres. For full ingredient lists please see the individual product pages on the Saturated Colour Cosmetics website.
